Shipping is always free on every order, with no minimum. We carefully pack your order and send it out with a trusted carrier.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Check the size guide on the product page and measure your pet before ordering. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. Just contact us at cs@boilingspringskennels.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery at cs@boilingspringskennels.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Once your return has arrived and been checked, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
