  • Transit time is 4-7 business days, with a total delivery time of 5-10 business days.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer if the return is due to a wrong order.
  • Return processing time is 7 days.
  • If your package is damaged during delivery, please take a photo and submit it to our customer service within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label.
  3. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.

If you have misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items.
