Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and securely packaged.
- If you received a wrong item or a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately.

Damaged Packages: If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Label
A prepaid return shipping label is included in every package. To return an item:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the prepaid return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label.
If you have misplaced the return label, please contact us to request a new one.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee. Returns are completely free of charge for qualifying items. Please note that the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer if the return is due to a wrong order or change of mind.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

- We process orders within 1-3 business days.
- Transit time is 4-7 business days, with a total delivery time of 5-10 business days.
- Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM EST (11:00 PM GMT / 9:00 AM AEST)..
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.
